WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
Orders usually ship out within 3-5 business days. During the busy holiday season it may take longer to process your order. Flat rate shipping takes 5-10 days via ground. You'll get an email with the tracking number once your order is processed.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
If you have an account, you can log in and check the status of your order anytime. Once your order has shipped, you'll get an email with a link to the tracking.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
If you need to make any changes or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If we have already processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes or cancellations. Once an order has shipped, we cannot make any changes.
WHEN DO I GET CHARGED FOR MY ORDER?
When you place your order, we authorize the amount on your card. You will not get charged until the order ships. If you paid with PayPal however, you will be charged immediately.

WHAT DO I DO IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER?
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and let us know what the problem is. If there is a damaged item, please email us a picture of the damage to firstname.lastname@example.org.
DO YOU ACCEPT GIFT CARDS ONLINE?
We do! You type your gift card number in at checkout to use it. If the gift card does not cover the amount of the order you will need to pay the balance via credit card or PayPal.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES?
Please follow the instructions provided on the invoice included with your order. If you have misplaced your invoice, please contact email@example.com. Once you have received your order, you have 15 days to make a return for in-store credit or size exchange. must be in the exact condition they were received in with original packaging & tags intact.
